Tech Support help
For help with technical issues regarding your courses or pathways, please send an email to email@pearsoneducation.brightspace.com with the following: course or pathway affected, the email address associated with your account, and a specific description of your problem. Common issues needing support might include course content, expiration, renewal, and deactivation.
You may also use the Lumi Chat option within Brightspace, our partner site where your course is presented. Lumi Chat provides generative AI responses to your questions and suggests specific documentation from Brightspace Community to answer your question. Here's how:
- Click on the Lumi chat icon on the bottom left corner and type in your question.
- You will receive a step-by-step answer on how to complete your task along with source documentation from Brightspace Community.
- If you still need help, you can click on "Contact Support" or "Ask the Community".
- If you have another question, click the "yes, I have another question" option in the Lumi chat.
- Asking the community will take you to Brightspace Community where you can ask a question to other learners. You will need to create a new login for Brightspace Community.
